Prime contractor · Oʻahu, Hawaiʻi
We run federal facilities and IT work in the Pacific — and prove it with data.
APEX Pro Services is a woman-owned small business prime contractor for facilities and HVAC, IT support, and professional services. We carry the contract — administration, compliance, quality control, invoicing, and government interface — while our teams and vetted partners deliver the work. Then we track every job in software we build ourselves.

What a customer actually gets
We perform the work, carry the contract, and record everything.
Most small businesses can do one of these well. The risk to a contracting officer is in the seams between them, so we close the seams.
The work gets done
HVAC, plumbing, appliance repair, janitorial, grounds, moving, IT installation, and professional services — performed by our crews and qualified partners we recruit, vet, badge, and supervise.
The contract gets carried
We call it the Control Tower Model. Contract administration, FAR compliance, quality control, safety, invoicing, and government interface stay with us. Partners perform; they don't administer.
The work gets recorded — and shared
Work orders, inventory, and cost analysis live in one application our team configures for each contract. Crews, clients, and our internal staff read the same record, so compliance is evidenced by data instead of assembled at month end.
Practice areas
Three practices, one machine behind them.
Facilities and trades
HVAC maintenance and replacement, plumbing, appliance and laundry equipment, janitorial and custodial, grounds, multi-trade repair, waste management, and moving and relocation.
IT and technology support
Server verification, inspection, and installation — 150+ servers delivered for the USDA — plus in-house operational software, and enterprise cloud and software engineering through our certified global IT partner.
Professional services
Translation services, radio advertising placement, and commercial social media advertising for public sector clients, alongside our federal contracting consulting practice.
The differentiator
We don't just report on the work. Our team builds the system that records it.
One application handling work orders, inventory, and business analysis is our team's core strength — running on live federal contracts today, not sitting on a roadmap. We configure it to the exact requirements and compliance metrics in your contract, so the system measures what the government measures. That data is then shared with everyone who needs it: our field teams, our clients, and our internal staff.
Intake to closeout
Triage, assignment, on-site status, digital signatures, and closeout — with response and completion clocks running throughout.
Every asset, by serial number
Location, service history, warranty status, parts consumption, and disposition, reconciled against the customer's property record.
Cost, performance, and trends
Labor and cost by work type, response-time performance, recurring-failure trends, and invoice backup drawn from the same records.
Who we work with
Three ways teams use APEX.
As a small business prime
A WOSB prime that holds the administrative and compliance burden itself, with a documented QC approach and a real record of performance in Hawaiʻi.
As a facilities subcontractor
We take the civil engineering, O&M, and facilities scope on large base support contracts so your team can concentrate on its core scope.
As a teaming partner
Set-aside holders team with us for facilities past performance, contract administration depth, and proposal support that credits both companies.
Second practice
We also get Hawaiʻi companies into federal work.
The same machinery we run on our own contracts is available as consulting. Market research and an honest go or no-go read for $800. GSA Schedule onboarding end to end for $12,500, including a year of post-award support and training so your staff runs it from year two. Capture and proposal support on commission, paid only on award.
Tell us what the scope is. We'll tell you honestly whether we fit.
Send a PWS, a sources sought notice, or a teaming question. You'll get a straight answer from the owner, not a form response.
